Full service planning for a more hands-off bride. Let me do the work. We’ll discuss your vision and ensure I understand your needs while I handle your details: design, timeline, invitations, vendor sourcing, contract negotiation.

This package includes approximately 60 hours of service.

• Custom design board
• Three additional planning consultation meetings

Mystic Package (Partial planning)

Already have a venue and some vendors? Hand off the rest of the logistics to me. We’ll be in constant contact for the six months prior to your wedding. I’ll handle vendor communication, floor plans and day-of coordination.

This package includes approximately 30 hours of service.

Services include:

• Two additional planning consultation meetings
• Custom design board
• Layout and spatial planning
• Unlimited communication
• Vendor recommendations
• Timeline development and management
• Rehearsal coordination
• Day-of coordination (Timeline execution, payment distribution, decor install and take down, guest point of contact)

Charmed Package (Day-of coordination)

Are you like me and enjoy the planning process? Maybe you don’t need help with the budget, design and vendor selection, but you will need someone to take charge on your wedding day. I’ll handle everything day-of: decor, timeline, payment, vendors and whatever else you need to have a stress-free wedding.

This package includes approximately 15 hours of service.

Services include:

• Two additional planning consultation meetings
• Vendor recommendations
• Wedding week timeline development and management
• Rehearsal coordination
• Day-of coordination (Timeline execution, payment distribution, decor install and take down, guest point of contact)
